Who We Are
We often support individuals ages 18 and up with navigating burnout, life or career transitions, family and caregiving responsibilities, and the emotional complexity of blended or multigenerational families. We also work closely with people of color, first-generation individuals, and those in biracial or multicultural relationships, offering culturally responsive care that honors the full context of your experience.
This is a space where your story matters, your voice is heard, and your strength is recognized.
We’re here to support your healing and remind you of your strength as you heal, transform, and thrive.
We invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right next step.
At The Seen Space Mental Wellness, we offer thoughtful, whole-person psychiatric care in a calm, supportive setting. Our approach blends evidence-based treatment with integrative practices, looking beyond symptoms to understand your sleep, stress, lifestyle, relationships, and overall well-being.
Care here is collaborative and personalized. We work with you to create a plan that fits your life and supports real goals—feeling calmer, sleeping better, managing stress more effectively, improving focus and follow-through, and feeling more organized and in control of your day.

Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Born in the Philippines and raised in the United States, I carry a deep understanding of how culture, family dynamics, and lived experience shape our mental health. Growing up in immigrant and multigenerational households taught me firsthand how complex family roles, expectations, and unspoken pressures can be. In many families—especially divorced, blended, or culturally traditional ones—there isn’t always space to talk openly about mental health. My goal is to create that space for you.
I know the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I honor that step with warmth, respect, and genuine care. Whether you’re navigating family transitions, caring for aging parents, balancing high‑pressure careers, or exploring identity within interracial or multicultural relationships, you deserve a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported.
I’m especially passionate about supporting:
Individuals from divorced, blended, or multigenerational families
People caring for aging or sick parents or relatives
Working professionals and high achievers navigating burnout, stress, and identity shifts
Those moving through career or life transitions
People of color, first‑generation individuals, and those straddling multiple cultures
Individuals navigating biracial and multicultural relationships seeking clarity, communication, and connection
Even so, my practice is open to anyone who resonates with my approach and is ready for collaborative, compassionate care.
For two decades, I have dedicated my career to caring for individuals across the lifespan in various healthcare settings as a nurse across Los Angeles County—including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—on their journey toward health and wellness. Today, I provide psychiatric mental health and wellness support to individuals ages 18 and up as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP).
As an NP, I have advanced graduate-level education and training that allow me to assess patient concerns, diagnose mental health conditions, create personalized treatment plans, order labs, provide therapy, and prescribe medication when appropriate — in collaboration with a psychiatrist under standard procedures. My approach is holistic and person-centered, blending medication and non-medication options. Together, we tailor care to your unique needs, values, and real-life experiences.
Beyond my professional role, I find joy in traveling, exploring nature, and cultivating meaningful human connections. Living in Los Angeles gives me the chance to soak up the sun and create memories through new experiences, keeping me grounded and inspired — I encourage this in others as well! These passions remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity, and community—values I bring into my practice every day. They also shape the way I show up—with openness, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
My mission is simple: to walk alongside you in your mental wellness journey with compassion, clarity, and care. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you—through the challenges, the growth, and the moments of becoming more fully yourself.
