Who We Are
We support transitional-age teens and young adults (16–25) who are high achievers—driven, capable, and used to “handling it.” You might be balancing honors/AP or college coursework, sports or extracurriculars, leadership roles, internships, a new job, or big family expectations. On the outside, it can look like you’re thriving. On the inside, it may feel like you’re barely keeping up.
This phase of life can be intense: finishing the last stretch of high school, adjusting to college, or stepping into adulthood and a career. Identity, relationships, independence, and performance pressures all collide at once—and many people feel like they have to figure it out quietly. Know that you are not alone.
This is a space where your story matters, your voice is heard, and your strength is recognized.
We’re here to support your healing and remind you of your strength as you heal, transform, and thrive.
We invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right next step.
At The Seen Space Mental Wellness, we offer thoughtful, whole-person psychiatric care in a calm, supportive setting. Our approach blends evidence-based treatment with integrative practices, looking beyond symptoms to understand your sleep, stress, lifestyle, relationships, and overall well-being.
Care here is collaborative and personalized. We work with you to create a plan that fits your life and supports real goals—feeling calmer, sleeping better, managing stress more effectively, improving focus and follow-through, and feeling more organized and in control of your day.

Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Born in the Philippines and immigrating to the U.S I carry a deep understanding of how culture, family dynamics, and lived experience shape our mental health. Growing up in immigrant and multigenerational households taught me firsthand how complex family roles, expectations, and unspoken pressures can be. There can be a lot of love and support, but also unspoken pressure: to be strong, to succeed, to make sacrifices. In many homes, mental health isn’t discussed openly—or it’s minimized. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
I know the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I honor that step with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
I specialize in supporting transitional-age teens and young adults (16–25) who are high achievers, motivated, and goal-oriented—and who may look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, or overwhelm. This season of life can be intense: finishing high school, adjusting to college, stepping into career life, and figuring out identity, relationships, and independence all at once. If you’re used to performing, pushing through, and making it work no matter what, it can feel scary to slow down—even when your mind and body are begging for relief.
I’m especially passionate about supporting:
People of color and first-generation students/professionals navigating cultural expectations, family roles, and identity
High achievers dealing with burnout, pressure to perform, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome
Older adolescents (16-17) and young adults (18-25) transitioning through high school, college, or early career life
Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm while trying to keep up
Those balancing family dynamics (divorced, blended, or multigenerational households) and feeling responsible for everyone else
Even so, my practice is open to anyone who resonates with my approach and is ready for collaborative, compassionate care.
For two decades, I have dedicated my career to caring for individuals across the lifespan in various healthcare settings as a registered nurse across Los Angeles County—including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—on their health journey. Today, I provide psychiatric mental health services and wellness support to transitional-age teens and young adults (16–25) as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
As a PMHNP, I have advanced graduate-level education and training that allows me to assess patient concerns, diagnose mental health conditions, create personalized treatment plans, order labs, provide therapy, and prescribe medication when appropriate — in collaboration with a psychiatrist under standard procedures. My approach is holistic, culturally attuned, and person-centered, blending medication and non-medication options. Together, we tailor care to your unique needs, values, and real-life experiences.
Beyond my professional role, I find joy in traveling, exploring nature, and cultivating meaningful human connections. Living in Los Angeles gives me the chance to soak up the sun and create memories through new experiences, keeping me grounded and inspired — I encourage this in others as well! These passions remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity, and community—values I bring into my practice every day. They also shape the way I show up—with openness, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
My mission is simple: to walk alongside you in your mental wellness journey with compassion, structure, and genuine care. You don’t have to navigate this season alone. I’m here to support you—through the challenges, the growth, and the moments of becoming more fully yourself.
