A place where you’re not just treated — you’re truly seen.
A place where you’re not just treated — you’re truly seen.
At The Seen Space, care is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on the whole person—not just symptoms or diagnoses. Together, we explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling, including stress patterns, lifestyle factors, attention, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.
Care is provided by a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience, bringing both clinical expertise and a thoughtful, personalized approach to mental wellness.
We specialize in supporting high-achieving transitional-age teens and young adults (16–25) — driven, capable, and used to “handling it.” This is a pivotal stage of life: finishing high school, adjusting to college, or stepping into careers and independence. Identity, relationships, performance pressures, and the expectation to manage it all collide, often quietly.
We focus on this population because these years lay the foundation for lifelong mental health, habits, and resilience. By providing personalized, collaborative care now, we help young people navigate intense demands while learning tools and strategies they can carry forward.
Our work focuses on helping you feel more clear, steady, and in control—so you can pursue your goals without burning out or losing yourself along the way. You’ll have direct access to your provider, space to be fully yourself, and a care plan designed to support meaningful, sustainable change.
This is mental health care designed for real life—and real progress.
We invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right.

Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Born in the Philippines and immigrating to the U.S, I carry a deep understanding of how culture, family dynamics, and lived experience shape our mental health. Growing up in immigrant and multigenerational households taught me firsthand how complex family roles, expectations, and unspoken pressures can be. There can be a lot of love and support, but also unspoken pressure: to be strong, to succeed, to make sacrifices. In many homes, mental health isn’t discussed openly—or it’s minimized. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
I know the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I honor that step with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
I specialize in supporting transitional-age teens and young adults (16–26) who are high achievers, motivated, and goal-oriented—and who may look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, or overwhelm. This season of life can be intense: finishing high school, adjusting to college, stepping into career life, and figuring out identity, relationships, and independence all at once. If you’re used to performing, pushing through, and making it work no matter what, it can feel scary to slow down—even when your mind and body are begging for relief.
I’m especially passionate about supporting:
People of color and first-generation students/professionals navigating cultural expectations, family roles, and identity
High achievers dealing with burnout, pressure to perform, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome
Older adolescents (16-17) and young adults (18-26) navigating stressful life, academic, or career transitions
Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm while trying to keep up
Those balancing family dynamics (divorced, blended, or multigenerational households) and feeling responsible for everyone else
Even so, my practice is open to anyone who resonates with my approach and is ready for collaborative, compassionate care.
For two decades, I have dedicated my career to caring for individuals across the lifespan in various healthcare settings as a registered nurse across Los Angeles County—including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—on their health journey. Today, I provide psychiatric mental health services and wellness support to older teens and young adults as a Board-Certified PMHNP.
As a PMHNP, I have advanced graduate-level education and training that allows me to assess patient concerns, diagnose mental health conditions, create personalized treatment plans, order labs, provide therapy, and prescribe medication when appropriate — in collaboration with a psychiatrist under standard procedures. My approach is holistic, culturally attuned, and person-centered, blending medication and non-medication options. Together, we tailor care to your unique needs, values, and real-life experiences.
Beyond my professional role, I find joy in traveling, exploring nature, and cultivating meaningful human connections. I currently serve as a student mentor at a local state university and enjoy that very much. Living in Los Angeles gives me the chance to soak up the sun and create memories through new experiences, keeping me grounded and inspired — I encourage this in others as well! These passions remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity, and community—values I bring into my practice every day. They also shape the way I show up—with openness, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
My mission is simple: to walk alongside you in your mental wellness journey with compassion, structure, and genuine care. You don’t have to navigate this season alone. I’m here to support you—through the challenges, the growth, and the moments of becoming more fully yourself.
